Located in a comfortably secluded area above Lia Bay, in the southeast of Mykonos Island, Villa Gaia offers our guests a most extraordinary vacationing experience, an encounter with a Mykonos of yesteryears while in the comfort of modern day luxury. Set in a typically wild Mykonian landscape, this most unique among Mykonos rental villas consisting of a main house and garden guest house, and offers a splendid view of Draconisos (“Dragon Island”) Naxos, Paros, Ikaria and Donusa islands scattered across the sparkling blue of the Aegean Sea, while its southeastern orientation provides our guests with brilliant daybreak as the sun rises into the sky.

Situated on a rocky hillside, a “diamond in the rough”, this Mykonos Grand Villa is built in the traditional Mykonian country style, incorporating natural rock formations into its architectural structure. Arched passages, corridors carved into rock, whitewashed stone walls, wood beamed ceilings, domes embedded with stained glass, old doors and flowing drapes of transparent white fabric, integrate and define spaces to create an intriguingly graceful and romantic ambiance.

Entry level: Dining hall - fully equipped kitchen - living room - adjacent guest studio with a built in double bed, walk in closet, en-suite and with a private terrace.
Mid level landing: Small guest bathroom - separate shower.
Upper level: Master bedroom with a built-in double bed, en-suite and spacious private balcony - second bedroom with built-in double bed en-suite.  
Independent garden guest houses: One bedroom en-suite guest house with a built in double bed and fire place - pergola shaded outdoor lounging area - independent entrance from the road. One 2 bedroom en-suite guest house which includes 1 double bed and 1 large single bed.
