Luxury Villa Aella is located in a remote residential area in the north of Mykonos Island, at the mouth of Ftelia Bay. Situated on the hillside above Agios Sostis Beach, it offers guests striking views of the unspoiled nature surrounding the bay area. The beach below, peaceful and unspoiled of golden sand and crystal clear turquoise water is a destination favored by a sophisticated, low profile, rich, chic and famous elite. Consisting of two separate and fully independent levels, Luxury Villa Aella can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 12-14 guests.

Entering the main level, guests are welcomed into a bright, spacious living area with an open plan layout. Stylishly minimal in design, with white walls, wood beamed ceilings and a chiseled stone floor retrieved from an old monastery, this open living area offers tranquility from the often fierce local winds and heat of the summer. The lounging area, with an ample lounging couch and a fire place, exits to a large balcony with stunning views of the mouth of the bay and the open Aegean Sea to the north. Located at the center of the main villa, it functions as the main indoor gathering area while facilitating access to all other areas. To the west an arched passage leads to the fully equipped, fully functional open plan kitchen with a large dining area. Through multiple exits, this open space of common use spills out to a large southern terrace. With a heated infinity pool and a fabulous view of the fiord-like Bay of Ftelia and Agios Sostis Beach below, it invites quests to refreshing a dip in the sunny mornings, to lounge about on a lazy afternoon and enjoy a cocktail mesmerized by a spectacle of colors on the barren hills across the bay as the sun sets behind the hill side. The pergola shaded dining area, conveniently located near the wind protected stone built BBQ and with easy access to the kitchen, is ideal for al fresco dinning while the scent of lavender, rosemary, mint and basil growing nearby lingers in the air.

The master bedroom with a king size double bed, en-suite with a full in-room bathroom and grand view of the magnificent Aegean Sea, is located beyond the lounging area to the east and exits directly to the terrace. Also accessed from the lounging area, a second bedroom with a double bed and unique in-room bathroom, exits to a private balcony with a sea view. Additional sleeping quarters are available in the open loft above the lounging area. With double twin beds and replicating the in-room bathroom concept, the loft exits to a terrace with a panoramic view where the early bird can meet the all night party animal to share a splendid moment at the breaking of the dawn.

The independent property on the lower garden level welcomes guests into a spacious, bright and cozy living room with white walls a wooden floor and a large lounging area. The indoor dining area is conveniently located in front of a kitchinette bar and multiple exits provide access to the large terrace with a shaded outdoor lounging area for a much needed glass of wine as the sun goes down. There are three spacious bedrooms, all en-suite. The master bedroom, with a double bed and en-suite with a full in-room bathroom, is similar to the one found in the main villa, offering a sea view and exits directly to the terrace. The second bedroom, “the submariner”, with a large double bed, private bathroom and a sky window is ideal for the all night party loving member of the group who wishes to rest during the day and the thirs bedroom also has its own private access to the terrace. 

Adjacent to the lower level yet with controlled access to the rest of the villa, a small studio with a kitchenette is suitable for an easy going single/couple or a family attendant for bookings over 3 weeks, otherwise it is occupied by our live in staff.
