This Mykonos villa, located in the southern corner of the island, is nestled on the hillside of the quiet, comfortably remote and strictly residential area known as "Karali". Situated between two of  Mykonos' most beautiful and popular southern beaches, Kalaphatis and Lia, a jewel of the Mykonos Grand Villa collection of rental villas in Mykonos, Villa Aegialeia provides striking panoramic views of the arid, wild Mykonian landscape and the majestic Aegean Sea with the islands of Paros, Naxos, Amorgos and Donusa in the distance. This water front property, scattered with natural rock formations alleged to be the petrified remains of Giants slain by the legendary Hercules, features a private dock for a small boat, from which our guests enjoy taking a dip into the sparkling Aegean Sea and is a two minute walk from the small, secluded, sandy beach of Karali Inlet.

Upon arrival to the gated estate, a long, stone paved driveway leads our quests to the pergola shaded and tastefully discreet main entrance of this Mykonos villa. Entering, our guests are welcomed into a cool, spacious, open reception area with bare, chiseled stone walls, wood beamed ceiling and an indoor dining area, that can comfortably accommodate up to ten (10) guests. Beyond a wide arch and "submerged" three steps lower, a bright lounging area, with built in sofas and fire place, can also accommodate ten (10) guests, while the fully equipped open plan kitchen directly accesses both areas. From the dinning are our quests can exit to a large, pergola shaded veranda with built in sofas, ideal at almost any time of the day, and enjoy the superb view of the Bay of Kalafatis, Agia Anna Cove and the world renown Divounia Peninsula, which having captivated local imagination is referred to as the "Breasts of Aphrodite". A descending flight of external steps lead to a very charming infinity pool terrace ideal for bathing in the Cycladic sun light. The kitchen and lounging area exit to the entry level upper terrace that features a very substantial wind protected and pergola shaded area for outdoor dining that can accommodate up to ten (10) guests, a bbq, stone oven and meal preparation area, and abundant space for lounging in built-in sofas with an excellent view of Kalafati Bay and the sparkling Aegean Sea, while accessing the pool terrace by descending a flight of steps.

Adjacent and to the right of the reception area is where the master bedroom is located. Bright, en-suite, with a built-in double bed, and a splendid view, it exits to the pergola shaded veranda. Three more bedrooms, en-suite, with built-in double beds, sofas and Aegean Sea views, have an independent entrance which is accessed down a flight of steps located next to the entrance of the upper level and exit to a lower level veranda that accesses the pool terrace up a few steps. These rooms share a separate, small kitchen and can be quite independent from the main house.

This Mykonos Grand Villa is ideal for a family and their friends or a group of friends who wish to share their vacation in an idyllic setting and style, maintaining privacy while having easy access to numerous beaches and leisure activities. To the West the sandy, crystal clear water beach of Kalafatis and the secluded Agia Anna, offer a variety of water sport activities (wind surfing, kayaks, water skiing) and very good local "tavernas", the popular beaches of Kalo Livadi, Elia and secluded Loulos. To the East there is the serene beach of Lia, where one can enjoy a Mediterranean dinner or satisfy an appetite for fish at the tavern, and remote Tigani. The village of Ano Mera, convenient for shopping and high quality Mediterranean dinning, is a five minute drive away.
