Located in the posh residential area of Agios Ioannis, this Mykonos Grand Villa is situated within a gated estate consisting of four (4) adjacent yet private villas. Situated on a hillside and with close proximity to the sea, Villa Deliades offers a stunning view of the Aegean Sea, the nearby archeological Islands of Delos and Rhenia and the Islands of Syros and Tinos at a distance. With a western orientation this rental villa in Mykonos also offers a majestic sun set.

Upon entering this Villa on Mykonos our guests are welcomed into a bright, spacious open-plan living-dining room with a fully equipped and fully functional kitchen and an overlooking loft used as an office. With an amazing view of the Aegean Sea and the Islands, the living room exits to a veranda with a comfortable lounging area and a small pool on the side. External steps lead from the veranda to the lower level terrace and garden. Descending from the living room area to the lower level and at a mid-level landing there is a bedroom, with a separate bathroom while a few more steps down, our quests will find the sleeping quarters of the main house of Mykonos Villa Deliades, consisting of three bedrooms. A master bedroom en-suite with a queen size bed, an adjacent bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with a single bed compose the sleeping quarters of the main villa. A separate bathroom that is shared by the occupants of the two bedrooms is also available on this level. This layout makes the main house of this Mykonos villa, ideal for a family with children or a group of easy going friends. An adjacent guest room, with a queen size bed, having an independent entrance, its own bathroom and a kitchenette is also situated on this lower level. From this level our guests exit to a terrace that shares the same splendid view with the upper level and via the external steps have access to the pool and outdoor lounging areas above.

Adjacent to main house of Mykonos Villa Deliades is a separate guest house with an independent entrance, suitable to accommodate a family in two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed while the other with two single twin beds. One of them being en-suite, while the other sharing an auxiliary bathroom with the living area. Through patio doors the living area exits to a shaded veranda with a lounging area and an access to the pool of this Mykonos villa and garden by a flight of external steps.  The pool is perfect for a refreshing morning dive or a dip following a late afternoon siesta, while a couple of sandy beaches, small yet peaceful come in handy for members of the group who wish to stay behind, while the others run off to the beaches. Its layout and accommodation flexibility make this Mykonos Villa suitable for a group of guests consisted of one or two families with friends who wish to share unique vacation experiences in an elegant fashion while together and apart.
